Our hinges are fully assembled and include all necessary screws for application. (This listing is for two hinges. The manufacturer recommends lubricating the hinges after installation. How do you determine which you need to replace your existing hinges? Place a quarter in the corner of the hinge, if it is about the same radius, it's a 5/8" radius hinge. If the radius is more like a dime, it is a 1/4" round hinge. If you have no radius... it's square. Most homes have 3 1/2" door hinges with 5/8" round corners on the interior doors and 4" hinges on the exterior doors.
