30 Day Return Policy
Please call to speak with a customer service representative if you're considering a return. We will do all that we can to facilitate the return based on the condition of the items you'd like to return.
Please check your order immediately after receiving it so that if a return or replacement is necessary you will have the correct items as soon as possible. Any item can be returned at your shipping expense if initiated within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in unopened, resaleable condition. You must first call or email to speak with a customer service representative about the condition of your items and to receive an RMA number. We advise that you open and inspect only one item first (1 of 5 pulls, for example), if you may be returning them, as we do not guarantee a refund for non-resalable items.
Returns With Restocking Fees
Some items may require a restocking fee when items are returned. If this is the case, that amount will be deducted from the credit you receive when the items are returned.
No Restocking Fee: Stone Mill Hardware, Decorite.
5% Restocking Fee: Amerock.
25% Restocking Fee: Hickory Hardware
Items with restocking fees will also require longer to receive an RMA number. When you call us to initiate your return, we will begin the process and get back to you as soon as we have an RMA number. You will include this RMA with your return and will send it to the warehouse address given by our customer service representative. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for the processing of these items’ refunds.
- Initiate Return: Call (877) 514-7088 or email email@example.com and request an RMA number. Please include this number on or with your return package.
- Shipping: Ship the items back to the address (possibly multiple addresses) as instructed by your customer service representative. You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is advised that you use insured or delivery confirmed shipping, as a lost package may not be refunded. Please allow ample time for the package to be received based on your shipping method (7-10 days.)
- Refund: You will receive your refund once the items have been received by Your Home Supply and the quantity and condition are verified. We will refund you via the method you used for purchase. Your credit should be received within 5-14 days of our receipt or notification of the return items.
Return of Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We understand that you are not responsible for receiving damaged or incorrect goods on your order and we hope this never happens. If it does, please tell us immediately and we will replace the items with no charge to you.
