Q: How much will my shipping charges be?

A: Currently, shipping will only cost you $3.95 no matter what you buy. You place your order. We ship it for $3.95. No matter what you buy. No matter how much you buy. This offer is subject to expire at the company's discretion. Double check your shipping cost in the Shopping Cart before you place your order.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We ship your order the same day you place it, or it will be shipped first thing the next morning. You can expect to see your package in one to four days. Please call us if you would like a more exact shipping time based on your location.

If you order Dynasty, Hickory Hardware, First Watch, Buck Snort, Century or Knob Ware products please allow 10 days for the items to arrive.

Q: What is the YHS Club?

A: The YHS Club is a way of offering our customers even more than what’s on our website, including a 5% discount for signing up, industry and product information, deals from us or other companies that are relevant to your shopping needs and more. Sign up with your email address before placing your next order!


Q: Who manufactures your cabinet hardware?

A: We carry products from several different manufacturers. All of our products titles include the manufacturer that makes them. You can also search by manufacturer. It is usually best not to mix and match hardware from different manufacturers because finishes from different manufacturers may not match perfectly. Orders from different manufacturers may be shipped at different times. 

 

Shipping information

Your entire order will ship for $3.95, no matter what you buy or how much you buy. That’s it!

It is important to you that you receive your order as quickly as possible. That is why we ship most items within one business day of receiving your payment. We will email you a tracking number upon shipment for your order. You will be able to track exactly when your shipment will arrive. If you do not receive your tracking number email and would like to know when your package will arrive, please call us and we will find out for you.

When purchasing merchandise from more than one manufacturer, you order will be shipped from more than one destination. You will still only pay $3.95 shipping for your entire order, but your order may come in separate packages and may not arrive at the same time.

We do not ship internationally. If you are a Canadian customer and would like a shipping quote, please contact us. Please do not place an order without contacting us first, as your order may be cancelled due to unavailable shipping.

We hope to provide you with the best shopping experience possible and understand that you may want or need to return an item if it is not exactly what you are looking for. Please see our return policy below for instructions on how to return the specific items that you’ve purchased with us, as the process may differ depending on the product.

 

30 Day Return Policy

Please call to speak with a customer service representative if you're considering a return. We will do all that we can to facilitate the return based on the condition of the items you'd like to return.

Please check your order immediately after receiving it so that if a return or replacement is necessary you will have the correct items as soon as possible. Any item can be returned at your shipping expense if initiated within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in unopened, resaleable condition. You must first call or email to speak with a customer service representative about the condition of your items and to receive an RMA number. We advise that you open and inspect only one item first (1 of 5 pulls, for example), if you may be returning them, as we do not guarantee a refund for non-resalable items.

Returns With Restocking Fees

Some items may require a restocking fee when items are returned. If this is the case, that amount will be deducted from the credit you receive when the items are returned.

No Restocking Fee: Stone Mill Hardware, Decorite, Amerock.

25% Restocking Fee: Hickory Hardware, First Watch, Dynasty, Century, KnobWare.

50% Restocking Fee: Buck Snort.

Items with restocking fees will also require longer to receive an RMA number. When you call us to initiate your return, we will begin the process and get back to you as soon as we have an RMA number. You will include this RMA with your return and will send it to the warehouse address given by our customer service representative. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for the processing of these items’ refunds.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Call (800) 471-0581, email info@yourhomesupply.com, or Live Chat with a customer service representative who will issue you an RMA number, or will get back to you with an RMA number. Please include this number on or with your return package.
  1. Shipping: Ship the items back to the address (possibly multiple addresses) as instructed by your customer service representative. You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is advised that you use insured or delivery confirmed shipping, as a lost package may not be refunded. Please allow ample time for the package to be received based on your shipping method (7-10 days.)
  1. Refund: You will receive your refund once the items have been received by Your Home Supply and the quantity and condition are verified. We will refund you via the method you used for purchase. Your credit should be received within 5-14 days of our receipt or notification of the return items.

Return of Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We understand that you are not responsible for receiving damaged or incorrect goods on your order and we hope this never happens. If it does, please tell us immediately and we will replace the items with no charge to you.
