Q: How much will my shipping charges be?
A: You will be able to view the shipping charges on the checkout page.
Q: If I delete an item from my Pro-Pack, will the item still be there the next time I order?
A: No. If you delete an item from a Pro-Pack it won’t be listed the next time you order. Quantities, including zero, can be adjusted during checkout if you don’t want a specific item in a specific order. If you deleted an item from your Pro-Pack, you can always go back through the store and add it again if the deletion was done in error.
Q: Are your cabinet knobs/pulls heavy?
A: Most knobs and handles are completely solid and made from Zinc metal.
